FAQ’s

  • The therapist brings everything needed to your appointment including table, sheets, oil/lotion. Depending on your specific needs, you may want to have an extra blanket and pillow available. Generally all that is needed is space for the table and a bathroom sink for hand washing.

  • Yes. We suggest booking Chair Massage for most offices and events. Speak to your HR department about bringing us in for a day or two.

Chair Massage is popular with groups because many people can be treated in a relatively short amount of time. It tends to be more comfortable for people that aren’t used to massage as it is done fully clothed and treatments can be as short as five minutes, if preferred.

  • Choose “Mobile Massage Therapy for Two” on the booking page. This will book two massages, one after the other, at the same location.

Being a mobile service, we automatically allot 45-60 minutes of travel time between massage appointments. By choosing “Mobile Massage Therapy for Two” this added travel time is automatically voided.

As always, if you’re having trouble, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Your appointment time is set aside just for you. Missed appointments hurt both your therapist and those who could have used your appointment time for their own care.

    24 hour cancelation policy:
100% of your appointment fee will be charged for any missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

Thank you for respecting both your therapist's time and their commitment to you.

Some third-party insurance providers are set up to allow us to direct bill for your treatment on your behalf.

While we are happy to attempt to submit the claim on your behalf, it is, however, always your responsibility to be aware of the limits of your plan, including yearly maximum, deductible, and prescription requirements. As much as we would like to make things easier for you, we are unable to manage these details for you.

  • Depending on the treatment you have booked, you will either be fully clothed or disrobed to your comfort level. For regular massage treatments where oil is used on the skin and the client is on a table with sheets, most clients will wear their underwear or nothing at all. This, of course, is based on your comfort level and the treatment. The RMT will advise you based on the treatment.
